Most companies do not know how to effectively manage their plastic waste so they end up dumping tons of it without any processing of the same. Here is where we come into the picture and make a mutual agreement defining their requirements, and our vision to recycle tones and tones of mix plastic waste, for a healthier planet.
We collect different types and grades of plastic waste from various sources and industries including bottling companies, FMCG plants, BMC waste etc. and bring it to our facility where we begin the process to a greener planet.
The next step is to prepare the plastics for further processing. We segregate plastics from other waste to make sure all contaminants are removed from the plastic waste stream - this helps in preparing the waste to be recycled into raw material.
All the plastic waste that needs to be made of value needs to then undergo the process of baling. Baling compresses waste material into a block – therefore reducing the volume of waste and making it into revenue generation material.
The next step is to safely and efficiently incinerate everything non plastic - which won't cause any harm to the environment. Incineration is a process that must be done only by skilled professionals and that's why at Shakti Corporation, we have a team of experts to execute and supervise this entire process.
All the plastic that has been baled now needs to be shredded and washed to make it absolutely contaminant-free, preparing it to be recycled.
Post the shred and wash, the recycled waste is converted into high quality granules/plastic which can be used to make various industry standard products. This helps in saving all the extra material that would have been used in place of recycled plastic, thus helping save the environment.
This recycled plastic is also used to make everyday use products like garden benches, buckets, bins, plastic bricks etc.
